When we know roughly how many boxes we’ll be sending out each month, it makes planning our butchery much easier. For you, that means a carefully packed box every time, with a good mix of cuts and free delivery straight to your door. No last-minute scrambling, no missing out on your favourite cuts — just steady, reliable beef arriving when you need it.

It also gives us the confidence to keep farming gently – letting our cattle grow slowly, and looking after the land as we go. Subscriptions are a way of saying: yes, this kind of farming matters, and we want to see it thrive.
