Grass Fed Unrendered beef fat 3kg (Frozen)

Our unrendered beef fat can be used to make tallow at home. This traditional fat is excellent for cooking with, it adds great flavour and as it's from our 100% pasture fed beef animals, it is full of healthy CLAs and Omega 3s.

To make tallow

Just chop it up when semi-defrosted (easier than when fully defrosted), slow cook it until the fat melts. This usually takes around 12 hours. Then strain and store in glass jars. It will keep for several months if kept in fridge or in a cool dark place.
